This User Agreement is a legal agreement between you and VexRaven governing your use of the VexRaven iOS application, a luxury wallpaper app offering real European and American beauty wallpapers and AI text-to-image generation services. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. The App does not require account registration or login to access basic and core features.
You may use the App only if you agree to this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit the App’s content, code, or features for any commercial purpose without our explicit written permission.
All built-in wallpapers provided in the App are fully authorized, copyright-compliant, and licensed for personal use as device wallpapers. AI-generated wallpapers are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, sold, or used for commercial projects. You agree not to input illegal, offensive, infringing, pornographic, violent, or inappropriate keywords into the AI generation function; we reserve the right to block such inputs without prior notice to maintain compliance with App Store guidelines and ethical standards.
Your privacy is a top priority for us. We do not collect any personal identifiable information, and we do not require you to provide any personal data to use the App.
WE STRICTLY PROHIBIT THE COLLECTION OF ANY FACE INFORMATION, FACIAL RECOGNITION DATA, OR BIOMETRIC FACIAL DATA. Under no circumstances does the App scan, capture, store, process, or transmit any facial data from users, nor does it extract facial features from any content generated or viewed within the App. This no-collection policy applies to all users and all features of the App, free and paid alike.
Limited non-personal functional data (such as wallpaper favorites and generation history) is stored locally on your device and can be deleted by you at any time via the App’s settings. AI generation data is temporary and automatically deleted within a set period, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for your use of the App and compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. You agree not to use the App to infringe on the rights of others, including copyright, trademark, and privacy rights. You may not attempt to disrupt the App’s functionality, bypass security measures, or access unauthorized areas of the App.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to the design, code, UI/UX, built-in wallpapers, trademarks, and logos, are owned exclusively by VexRaven or our licensed partners. You may not use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App’s availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for your needs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App or error-free operation.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App (or any feature) at any time without prior notice. We may also update this User Agreement periodically; continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
