Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement governs the terms and conditions for paid subscription services purchased within the VexRaven iOS application. This Agreement is between you and VexRaven and supplements the VexRaven User Agreement. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to all terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Services Overview

VexRaven offers optional paid subscription plans to unlock premium App features, including but not limited to:

Subscriptions are auto-renewable by default, as per Apple App Store rules, and are available in monthly and yearly plan options.

2. Payment & Auto-Renewal

All subscription payments are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store. You authorize Apple to charge your selected payment method for the subscription fee at the time of purchase and for future auto-renewal periods. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

We do not receive, store, or process any of your payment information; all payment data is handled securely by Apple Inc., in compliance with Apple’s privacy and security standards.

3. Subscription Benefits & Usage

Premium subscription benefits are valid only for personal use and are non-transferable, non-resellable, and non-sharable between multiple accounts or devices. Subscription access is linked to your Apple ID, not a VexRaven account, as the App does not require user registration, login, or account creation of any kind.

4. Privacy & No Facial Data Collection

Our privacy commitments apply equally to free and paid subscription users, with no exceptions.

WE DO NOT COLLECT ANY FACE INFORMATION, FACIAL RECOGNITION DATA, OR BIOMETRIC FACIAL DATA FROM SUBSCRIBERS, REGARDLESS OF SUBSCRIPTION TIER. The App’s premium features, including unlimited AI wallpaper generation, do not involve the collection, storage, processing, or transmission of any facial data. No biometric or facial information is requested, obtained, or used by VexRaven or our third-party partners for any subscription-related purpose.

No personal data is collected to activate or maintain subscription benefits; subscription status is verified solely through Apple’s in-app purchase system, with no personal information shared with VexRaven.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds are provided for unused subscription periods. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. If you encounter issues with your subscription, you may request support via the contact email below, and we will assist with Apple’s refund process where applicable.

6. Changes to Subscription Terms

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing, benefits, or terms at our discretion. Any changes will be posted within the App prior to taking effect, and existing subscribers will be notified of changes to their plan. Continued use of the subscription after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
